Version 2026-07-21.2. Effective July 21, 2026. This notice covers the Namzad app, website, APIs, support, and related U.S. services. Waheed And Naim LLC, doing business as Namzad is the operator and controller of the data covered by this notice.

Individual accounts

Every adult creates, verifies, owns, and manages their own single profile. Namzad does not support parent-created, guardian-managed, delegated, shared, or multi-profile accounts.

Information and sources

Namzad collects information you provide, including account and authentication data; date of birth, gender, city, origin, languages, education, profession, About Me, marriage preferences and visibility choices; ID and selfie evidence; approved and pending profile photos; interests, matches, messages, reports, blocks and support requests; transaction and consent records. Apple or Google provides Plus and Gold subscription transaction, renewal, storefront or region, and refund status for purchases made through its store. Infrastructure and app providers supply IP address, request, device/app, timestamp, crash, diagnostic and security data needed to operate and protect the service. Another member or lawful authority may provide information about an interaction.

Purposes and sensitive data

We use information for authentication; age, identity, profile and photo review; discovery, matching, messaging, billing and support; moderation, fraud prevention, safety, legal compliance and reliable audit records. Government ID and verification-selfie evidence is private and never shown to members. Didit processes identity-document, facial/liveness, face-match, device, IP, and fraud-signal data and returns a result to Namzad. Namzad stores a minimized result summary rather than reusable provider media links, document numbers, MRZ data, or the full provider decision.

Visibility

Eligible signed-in members see approved profile information. “Public” photos are visible within authenticated Namzad member surfaces, not intended for open-web indexing. Other visibility choices restrict access to verified users or matches. A recipient may still capture or share visible content. Government ID and verification selfies are never member-visible.

Disclosures and providers

Data is disclosed according to visibility settings and to authorized staff, advisers and service providers: Supabase for authentication, database and private storage; Vercel for API/admin hosting; Expo for app delivery; Apple and Google for app distribution and Plus and Gold subscription payments; and Didit for identity-document, liveness, face-match, device/IP and fraud verification. Information may also be disclosed with consent, to address serious harm or abuse, for legal claims or valid process, or in a protected corporate transaction.

No sale or behavioral advertising

Namzad does not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, use targeted advertising, device fingerprinting, third-party advertising SDKs, or third-party analytics to track members across apps and websites. If those practices change, the notice and required controls will be updated first.

Retention and deletion

Namzad does not retain Didit media links, document numbers, MRZ data, or the full provider decision in its product database; it retains a session identifier, status, minimized result, timestamps and consent records. Didit evidence is handled according to the provider’s configured retention and deletion settings. Rejected profile photos are deleted and pending photos remain private. A deletion request immediately deactivates the account and queues deletion or de-identification, subject to limited fraud, safety, transaction, consent, report, legal-claim, legal-hold and backup needs.

Your U.S. privacy rights

Use Account settings to access profile data, submit corrections, control visibility, block, deactivate or request deletion. Email privacy@namzadapp.com for access, portability, correction, deletion, limitation or appeal. Depending on state law and thresholds, additional rights may include information about categories, sources, purposes and recipients; opt-outs from sale, targeted advertising or certain profiling; sensitive-data limits; authorized-agent requests; and non-discriminatory treatment. Namzad verifies and responds within applicable legal periods.

Security, communications and age

Namzad uses private storage, short-lived signed access, least privilege, individual admin authentication and MFA, named roles, session expiry, audit actors, rate limits, validation and data minimization. No system is completely secure; legally required incident notices will be provided. Namzad may send essential account, safety, billing, support and legal communications. The service is only for adults 18 and older.

Processing and changes

Data may be processed in the United States and other locations where approved providers operate, subject to contractual and legal safeguards. Material changes will be presented in the app and may require renewed acceptance; prior versions are retained for audit purposes. Questions: privacy@namzadapp.com.
